The instruments, arriving filled in.
You fill in a forty-minute intake. Within five business days you receive the ten instruments generated for your business, in the same files the Binder uses, with your numbers in them. Then thirty minutes together on the two that matter most.
What happens, in order
- Pay. The confirmation email carries the intake link. Eight engagements a month is the capacity; if the month is full the checkout says so and offers the next opening, before your card is charged.
- The intake, forty minutes. What you do and for whom; your offers and prices as they are; twelve months of revenue in ranges; where your last five clients came from; the sentence you say to yourself about the business late in the evening. Ranges are fine. It saves as you go and exports as one file you send back. It is due within fourteen days.
- Five business days. The ten instruments are built from your intake: the floor and the cash table; your voice; your buyer, with the trigger event and the pains ranked; the offer with three tiers, the fence and the spoken sentence; the pipeline number with the two channels and five touches drafted; the proposal template; a month of posts from one piece of your work; the five email sequences; the questions your page should answer; and the proof plan. Delivered as the Binder, filled in, plus a short note on which constraint you have.
- Thirty minutes, live. On the offer and the pipeline number — the two pages people stall on — with your numbers on the screen.
- One rerun within six months. When the numbers move, send the updated intake and the instruments are regenerated once, free, if the original intake was complete and on time.
What does a finished set look like?
The three businesses inside the Binder — a bookkeeper, a bindery, a course — are exactly what a Built for You delivery looks like: every page filled, every number derived, every draft written in the voice the instruments recorded. The Binder tour shows them. Yours arrives the same way, about your business.

Questions
- Do I need the book first?
- No. The instruments arrive with their explanations, and the Binder comes with the engagement. The book helps afterward, when you want the why behind each page.
- What if I don't have twelve months of revenue yet?
- Give what you have, in ranges. The arithmetic runs on the household number and the hours; revenue history only sharpens the seasonality.
- Is this advice?
- It is your business written down, at the right price, with the working shown. Tax and legal questions go to an accountant or a lawyer, and the instruments say when.
