For programs that serve the self-employed.
A twenty-minute exercise that gives every participant a number they can use that night — free — and a licence that gives a cohort the whole system for a year.
What is the floor exercise?
The first instrument of Runs On One, run in a workshop slot. Each participant enters what they need to earn, what the business costs, and the hours they can actually bill, and the page gives them the floor: the price per engagement below which a job costs them money. It takes twenty minutes, it is free, it needs no signup, and it produces a number rather than a lecture — which is what a coordinator can report on afterward. The page is here; the facilitator note is one page.
What is the Cohort Licence?
$975
CAD · up to 25 seats · $39 a seat
- Every participant gets the Binder — ten fillable instruments that read each other, with three worked businesses — for twelve months, with updates
- The facilitator note
- One 45-minute session with the cohort, live or recorded, on the arithmetic and the offer
- The ebook for the program library
It is not: individual reviews of participants' instruments (that is Built for You, at a cohort rate on request), custom versions, or ongoing facilitation. A second cohort is a second licence; more than 25 seats is $39 a seat.
What the program supplies. A named coordinator, the cohort dates, and participant emails for seat delivery, with consent recorded by the program. Seats are issued within two business days of payment.
Questions
- Can we run the exercise without a licence?
- Yes. The floor page is free for any cohort, any time, and the facilitator note is free with it.
- Can participants keep the Binder after the program?
- Yes. A seat is the Binder for twelve months from issue; it keeps working after that and stops updating.
- Is there a version for the library?
- The book is $29 in print; a licence includes the ebook for the program library.
