Privacy, in plain words
What this site collects, why, and what you can ask for. CIONAOD Inc. is a Canadian company; the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and Canada's anti-spam legislation apply, and this page is written to them.
What the pages themselves collect
Nothing, by default. The floor page, the intake and the Binder save what you type in your own browser and transmit nothing unless you export a file and send it. There is no advertising tracking on this site's own pages.
The email list
If you join the list, we keep your address, the date and page you joined from, and your consent record. Express opt-in; every email has a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately; addresses removed by the re-engagement sequence are deleted, not archived. The list is kept with {{EMAIL_PLATFORM — the provider}}, whose own policy covers their storage.
Purchases
Payments are taken by {{CHECKOUT_PROVIDER — the provider}}; we receive your name, email and what you bought, not your card details. Binder buyers receive edition updates for twelve months on a separate consent given at checkout. Built for You intakes are kept for the engagement and the six-month rerun window, then deleted.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on a page, they are cookieless and aggregate — page views and one event, "floor completed," used to count how many people finish the exercise each week. No profile is built. The book's page carries a consent banner for optional third-party analytics; nothing there loads until you accept, and declining changes nothing about the page.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion — by writing to {{PRIVACY_EMAIL — the address}}. We answer within thirty days. Complaints that we cannot resolve can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
